What an Associate Chair Builds
An Associate Chair develops trusted relationships with Christian CEOs and business owners, forms and leads confidential peer advisory forums, provides one-to-one coaching, and builds a sustainable C12 practice in the Inland Northwest.
The work combines business development, executive leadership, facilitation, coaching, spiritual maturity, and disciplined follow-through.
