About Us
C12 | Inland Northwest
C12 | Inland Northwest was started in 2020. The Inland Northwest refers to a region in the northwestern United States encompassing areas east of the Cascade Mountains including eastern Washington, and northern Idaho. Known for its diverse landscapes, the region features rolling plains, dense forests, rivers, and mountains. Cities like Spokane, the Tri-Cities, Wenatchee, Yakima, and Walla Walla in Washington, as well as Coeur d'Alene, Moscow, and Lewiston in Idaho, serve as economic and cultural hubs for this area. The region is also renowned for its agriculture, outdoor recreation, and proximity to natural wonders like the Columbia River and Glacier National Park.
Meet Our Principal Chair, Tom Walther
Tom has been married to his high school sweetheart, Bev, for over 50 years and has two children and ten grandchildren.
About Tom
His life mission statement is to be “Abiding in Christ; bearing much fruit”. “I love what I do!”, exclaims Tom. “I provide Christian CEO's and Business Owners a safe environment to share their real business and personal challenges with others who are walking in their shoes, challenging them to take action and get things done.” His motivators are relationships, connections, people,
pioneering, leading and coaching.
Family Adventures and Leadership Journey
For fun, Tom builds and launches rockets with his grandchildren and enjoys camping with his family. He and Bev bring their dogs, Charlie and Basha, along in their fifth-wheel RV whenever they can. Tom previously served in senior leadership roles with two organizations—18 years in distribution and 21 years with an engineering company. Today, Tom invests in Christian CEOs and business owners, helping them Build Great Businesses for a Greater Purpose.

Faith-Driven Leadership Through Peers
Each day, business leaders face challenges, opportunities, and decisions with significant downstream impact. This
considerable responsibility may cause them to feel lonely at the top. The weight can be immense, but so is the reward— particularly in pursuit of honoring God by how they run their companies. Eliminating the daylight between our faith and work requires diligence.
For three decades, C12’s singular focus has been to create a framework that compels and equips Christian business leaders to achieve excellence through the power of peers.
