Are you called to lead Christian business owners to greater purpose and impact? Join C12, a global leader in Christian peer advisory groups, as an Associate Chair. Working under Principal Chair Tom Walther, you’ll facilitate forums, coach CEOs, and grow a thriving community of faith-driven leaders in the rapidly expanding Inland Northwest marketplace.

  • A servant leader with a passion for equipping Christian business owners to achieve excellence.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build relationships in the Inland Northwest.
  • Self-motivated, with a track record of driving results in a commission-based or performance-driven environment.”
  • 10+ years of business ownership, C-level, or senior executive experience, leading teams of 10+.
  • Skilled in coaching, mentoring, or facilitating groups of senior leaders.
  • Deeply committed to Christian faith, with active involvement in a local church or ministry.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating monthly C12 forums for business owners and CEOs.
  • Providing one-on-one coaching to Christian business leaders.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow C12 membership in the Inland Northwest.
  • Collaborating with the Principal Chair to advance C12’s mission of integrating faith and business.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Chair to expand C12’s membership and impact.
  • Build relationships to advance the gospel in the marketplace.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • This role is a full-time, full-commission position. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $250,000, with the freedom to set your own schedule and grow within an established system of success. Compensation is commission-based, tied to forum growth and member success, offering significant earning potential within C12’s proven business model.
  • Comprehensive training and support will be provided by C12’s global team.

Qualifications:

  • Typically, C12 Chairs and Associate Chairs are men and women who have 10+ years of business ownership, C-level, or senior executive business leadership experience and have led teams of 10 or more people.
  • Deep commitment to Christian faith and values, with a passion for integrating biblical principles into business leadership.
  • Active involvement in a local church or ministry, with a heart for marketplace ministry.
  • Skills including Coaching, Facilitation, Executive Leadership, Strategic Planning, Prospecting, Implementation, Team Building, Business Management, and Business Development.
